Quality Inn & Suites North Montgomery

Had a slippery shower and weird room smell.

The room was well decorated and well furnished and reasonably priced.

There was pool missing.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were very very nice and exceptional, location was excellent to the Maxwell AFB Visitor's Center. Location: the property was just next door to restaurants and the interstate and Casino and Fast food and Gas station. Liked this hotel, had excellent experience...

The main highway. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The linens seemed worn and the overall upkeep was lacking. The staff were friendly, a positive touch .

Not American owned and they were waiting outside our room one and one half hours before check out time, waiting to clean our room. Breakfast was removed before time was up.

Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, the location was convenient to Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, various highways, and several local attractions.

The pool was out of service -- they emptied the green water into the parking lot which caused an awful smell, the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, the carpets throughout the facility need to be shampooed. We had to change rooms after the first night in a "non smoking" room that was adjacent to a smoking room with a guest who smoked the entire night.

We had a great time here, enjoying the comfy beds and the fresh breakfast options that kicked off our mornings. The outdoor pool was perfect for some family fun, and we appreciated having barbeque grills available for a nice evening cookout. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but it didn’t take away from our lovely stay! 😊

Management was very friendly they have cameras around so I was very safe my family and we really enjoyed our stay without a microwave, refrigerator could ask for more than that in the breakfast was amazing bathroom cleanliness everything I really did enjoy about it I will stay again.

Beds were great! We both slept very well and the place was nice and clean. Staff was very considerate and always had a friendly smile

The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh options that my kids enjoyed. The room was clean and had a comfortable feel, great to relax after a busy day in Montgomery.

My children wanted a pool, closed .

Toilet seat was broken. The tub tile was broken and pipes exposed. Too many corners being cut to save money ! No tissues in room. No napkins at breakfast bar. And we saw trash bags being reused when cleaning rooms ..

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. Very convenient location and it's pretty clean.

On my last stay my reservation was not found but I was provided with a room. Not the double beds that I had reserved and the tv was stuck on one channel throughout my stay. I've stayed here before and never encountered any problems. I do plan on staying again in the future!

The beds were super comfy and the fridge/microwave setup was much appreciated! But there was a pretty weird smell in the room that I couldn't shake off 😕

The location was good for my school

Room was dusty, broken tile bathroom and toilet seat was also broken if you moved wrong seat would shift
